Refund policy
Simple and straightforward. If you change your mind early, you get your money back. Once work is underway, the setup fee covers custom work already done.
Setup fee ($149)
Full refund if you request it within 48 hours of payment, or before work on your site has started, whichever comes first.
Once work has started, the setup fee is non-refundable. Every site is built from scratch for your business, and that work can't be undone.
Monthly subscription ($29/mo)
Cancel anytime. There is no refund for the current billing period, but your site stays live until the end of the period you've paid for. No cancellation fees, no notice period.
How to request a refund or cancel
Just contact us and tell us you'd like a refund or to cancel. We'll confirm within one business day. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
