All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). GST/QST (14.975% in Quebec) and other applicable taxes are extra.

Initial term: 6 months.

After the initial term: month-to-month.

Cancellation: 30 days' notice. Notice may be given during the initial term; cancellation takes effect no earlier than the end of the initial term.

Annual prepay plans: have a 12-month initial term, then continue month-to-month.

Add-ons: follow the same terms. Add-ons require an active base plan and end when the base plan ends.

Extra Page: is a one-time charge and is not subject to a term.

Included amounts: Launch up to 1 hour per month, Grow up to 3 hours per month, Scale unlimited routine updates, handled in order received. Reasonable-use policy applies.

Time is logged and rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. Unused hours do not roll over.

Support reply times: Launch 3 to 5 business days, Grow 2 business days, Scale same business day (target).

Same-Day Priority Support is the Scale support level.

One-time: setup (if not existing) and optimization (categories, services, hours, photos, description).
